Apart from the property right disputes occurred in Wenlin Yuan, Shilin District of Taipei, there are still many complicated problems to be solved at the beginning of construction after obtaining the construction license, such as the overclose distance with its neighboring building, extant structures and existing infrastructures, which may all affect the progress of project. As a result, if the contractors fail to investigate the base thoroughly and evaluate the potential obstacles, they would encounter many problems during the process of construction. For example, it is necessary to adjust the design if the basements are too small to place stuffs due to the occupation of neighbor building, and to protect the neighbor building if it is too old. Besides, during the process of excavation, the old structure, base and other existing infrastructures also increase the difficulty in construction; although many contractors have solved part of these problems by taking advantage of the existing structure to produce forces and developing new construction method, there are still many other unknown causes resulting in construction difficulties. This study conducts researches on case project of base excavation in Taipei metropolitan area, adopts Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to analyze the conflicts generated in the existing infrastructure during the excavation process, so as to work out the improvement methods and testify whether the method produce desirable effects. It expects the study can work out all conflicts between base excavation and existing infrastructures and propose suggestions for improvement, to serve as references for pre-construction planning of similar cases in the future. none 呂守陞 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 134 zh-TW
