To compare the differences between two definitions by steady-state analytical solution after fractional differential for each function This study is further using the Riemann-Liouville definition of a single degree of freedom system in steady state analysis to discuss the order of fractional differential and the damping ratio of traditional definition with regard to the effect of amplitude and phase angle. Finally, on the use of steady-state analytical solution is derived by fractional differential damping of TMD to analyze the amplitude of main structure under ground motion of cosine and the response of external force. The results in this study showed a fractional differential damping on TMD by adjusting the order of fractional differential damping ratio, the lower order of the fractional differential damping ratio, the lower effect of damping, the higher stiffness of structures.
