The convenience of water supply, especially in recent years, not only solves the problem of domestic water demand, but also improves industries development and cities modernization. However, it is the one of most important things of infrastructure to distribute water and set up the sound water distribution network effectively. It is more than 2/3 of total charges to construct the water distribution. In Water System, the pipeline is 50% ~ 80% of capital assets. Using the pipe diameter economically, under the water distribution network covered water demand, it will limit the construction cost effectively and lower the consumption of water resource, when planning the water distribution network optimization. Planning water distribution network is very complicated. In tradition, it spends lots of time/ labor costs and wastes the resources. The heuristic algorithms developed recently are with complete and great search capability that there is good performance for solving complicated matters. The measure of this study was by case studies of gravity distribution network, applied Particle Bee Algorithm for the optimization of distribution network, and researched and discussed by case studies and literature.
