| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 101 === The public construction project, which deemed as necessary investment that government adopt to improve the living environment of its citizens and to increase the social welfare, is not only highly public interest-related but also has long-term influences. Therefore, it is important that the public construction project, by way of efficient management at the construction stage, can be steadily and continuously executed while reducing the impact on the living environment of the neighboring residents.
This study is focusing on the issues resulted from construction management of public architectural construction in Taipei City. Firstly, the basic theory of
construction management of public architectural construction as well as the principal laws and regulations and accordance were studied through the reference documents reviews, and then, the typical issues encountered in construction management practice and from the interview with experts were compiled, the analysis and improvement proposal of the issues were then established as well , and finally, came up with concrete and feasible improvement proposals dealing with issues resulted from construction management of public architectural construction. These improvement proposals can be provided to interested parties. Hopefully they can be adopted or used as reference by the government agencies and construction companies to eliminate the disputes during construction execution stage and to effectively enhance the level of construction management of domestic public architectural construction.
