| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 101 === With the development of wireless technologies and application services are switching to multimedia-oriented data communications from voice-oriented ones, the next generation mobile communication system is supposed to provide QoS(Quality of Service) and satisfy more users based on higher transmission rate.
The thesis is mainly for future LTE Advanced QoS service quality of telecommunication systems, research into PCC(Policy Charging Control) mechanism was proposed when the network is heavily loaded, to ensure that critical traffic QoS quality of service requirements, while ensuring the efficient operation of the network, research for network services. In addition, the state must take into account the special VIP customer satisfaction, identify solutions, and to display the QoS data changes.
Through policy rule formulation, can reduce the cost of telecommunication companies purchase equipment, while also addressing a few users, excessive use of a particular service, resulting bandwidth exclusive, and waste, affecting VIP users or the general interests of the users.
Finally, the experimental verification strategy system, understand the policy management mechanisms adopted method can enhance client satisfaction and effectively improve the transmission utilization.
