Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 101 === This thesis aims to design an ac-dc power converter and inverter for the power generated from electric bicycle. Specifically the generated power with varying voltage and frequency is transformed into that with fixed voltage and frequency, and is then connected to the grid. As for the three-phase ac-dc power converter connected to the generator with Hall-effect sensors, the six-step current square wave control is used to stabilize the output power. Whereas, for DC link voltage closed-loop control mode, the energy is fed back to the grid for energy saving.
In this system, a high-performance digital signal processor TMS320F38035 is adopted as the control core. All control strategies are accomplished with C language. The hardware used in this system will be elaborated in the text. The output power of the system is 278.3W while the system operates at a speed of 267rpm with a current command of 16A. The total harmonic distortion of the grid current is 4.69%.
