In order to solve the above problems, this thesis points out under the interference caused by the uncoordinated HeNB provisioned status, LTE-Advanced with Carrier Aggregation (CA) technology can use “Autonomous Component Carrier Selection” (ACCS) technology that could be capable to find out the carrier transmission link in a noisy, poor environment and request to release the carrier allocation again to achieve the better data transfer speed.
