This study is to investigate the issues which the case company faced in the vertical supply chain and competitions of internal and external environments by “Five Forces Model”. Then according to three major behaviors of the case company, build the strategies by three dimentions and nine breakdown of “Strategy Nine Theories”. The results showed that regarding the surviving decision that case company faced, this study suggests that the case company should establish a responsible organization as soon as possible to integrate internal human resources to solve product quality problems and adhere to the brand management. Therefore, it will help to obtain Group resources to improve the development of the case company.
