Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 101 === In Computers and Peripherals Manufacturing Industry, the decision-maker or R&D manager always needs to manage various projects of innovation, technology or product development and to decide the allocation of company resources. More than that, the decision maker also needs to consider many factors for dispatching resources to projects in various stages. By documents study and observation our research covers the issues like Knowledge Management, Tacit and Explicit Knowledge, SECI Model, Product Life Cycle, Science Management, Innovation Management, Open Innovation, Innovation Life Cycle, Project Life Cycle, Intellectual Property Rights, Patent Right, Patent Map and Patent Portfolio. After studying and analyzing, we propose the concept of 3D Deploy Diagram. With this 3D technical deploy diagram, we represent space and time relationship of each target object, no matter it is innovation, patent or technic. In the other hand, we divide this design plane into 3 stages: initial , growing and mature . We also divide product plan into 3 stages: designing, producing and maintaining. After that, we conclude 3 internal factors: finance, human resource and hardware resource, and 3 external factors: industry, technic and competitor. In the end, we propose relative strategy model as a reference for decision maker.
