Enterprises in order to maintain their competitiveness in order to facilitate the international stage to show their luster, in pursuit of lower costs and close to the potential market through foreign direct investment or in the form of the establishment of overseas branches, all enterprise permanent continued survival and rights of corporate shareholders. The new career is a form of foreign direct investment, new career in production, economies of scale and economies of scope on technology research and development, and reduce the impact of different cultural factors. In addition, the new cause to avoid the distrust of the Government of the host country for foreign enterprises and joint venture new business can bring cost-sharing, risk reduction benefits. Due to their location, abundant labor, low wages, cheap land rent and set up factories in lower cost, and the majority of the potential market, mainland China, has become a favorite of the international business owners investment. Domestic empirical research for international companies to invest in the mainland's operating performance in the past, there is no consistency of conclusions, but pointed out that investment in the mainland have many operational advantages, including: labor, tax incentives, and market development potential factors according to their research. therefore help to enhance the ability of the international corporate profits.
