Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 101 === Since 2008 global financial turmoil to date, Taiwan's industry has been faced with many challenges, among our neighboring countries, South Korea and China make the most serious oppression to Taiwan’s industry; on top of this, there are also many developing countries using its low-cost labor resources to expand the size of the industry, with their steadily approaching to us, which has caused potential &; unignorable crisis therein. How shall be the next by Taiwan's industry in response to those problems occurred and to face of the daunting challenges up front? Taiwan enterprises must rethink, not from cost orientation and no relates to production scale, but to brand management and product design innovation trend, yet, both operating directions are extremely tough and hard, how to promote and practice within enterprise, it requires innovative thinking mode, and flexible organizational functions, in a timely manner to react on corporate transformation and its change to development. This study is based on the "amoeba organization" concept to implement, Advantech “mechanical design department” promised to build a more efficient organization in response to business growth, transformation or changes due to the impact by external environment, and offered expertise integration design services and real time solutions to customers. Mechanical design department was constrained by regional organization and separate product lines, resulted poor design communication and zero integration sharing among teams, by amoeba organizational concept nowadays, based upon project development &; requirement to fully utilize amoeba valuable proposition, after building up value network provisioning inside mechanical design department, enabling every amoeba to leverage its core ability, amoebas interact to achieve cross-organizational, open wide value creation and cumulate overall core competencies continuously, greatly enhance corporate value at the end.
