Based on the enthusiasm of young people for service and passion for web design, the company has a high degree of cohesion. Members of the company expanded to 10 people. However, a shortage of manpower has not been supplemented with new staff improved. The skirmishes between employees were getting more and more. Because of highly customized services, the company faced different difficulties. For example: propose of web layout, terms of the contract and lack of experience. After integration the views, the company gradually formed the status quo, fine service, standardized services, three strategies. Before entrepreneurship, Wisely is the Microsoft MCSD certification instructor, specializes in program development. Standing in the operator's position, how should he choose and what the actually results are. This thesis used the teaching case to discuss about the dilemma of web design company in growth stage. Learning how to solve operational problems and learning how to find real solutions to the problems.
