Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 101 === This research aims to investigate the impacts of teacher's personal fascination, professionalism and stage charisma on student’s learning effectiveness. Questionnaire survey was use to elicit student’s opinions regarding courses they had taken. The survey received 502 replies. PLS (Partial Least Squares) was used to analyze the data and tested drawn hypotheses. The results show that, except the personal fascination, the stage charisma and professionalism both affect the learning effectiveness positively. And interestingly, the stage charisma is more effective than the professionalism. This finding implies that the organization may consider spending a bigger proportion of budget for the training of the stage charisma. Through this training process the teacher will be able to cultivate better stage charisma. Better stage charisma could induce student’s leaning interests as a result achieves better learning effectiveness.
