Adult self-directed learners could train by any way such as house training and government policies.We could infer that there is positive relationship between learning motivation to satisfaction and learning performance from previous studies, and the previous studies are not considered time effect in study.In practices, if you want to see the effectiveness of training, you should give some time to learner.There are two steps in this study to sample recovery. First, we recover questionnaires after learning immediately. Second, we use the telephone interviews to ask opinion after three months. On the way, we could get the more objective results and reference value.
We take six hundred Adult self-directed learners as an example, and use Regression to get the some results:
1.There is a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and
learning component factors of satisfaction.
2.There is a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and
learning performance.
3.There is a significant positive correlation between Learning Component Factors
of satisfaction and Learning performance.
4.Learning Component Factors of satisfaction is a mediating Effect between Intrinsic motivation and Learning performance.
5.Learning Component Factors of satisfaction is a mediating Effect between Extrinsic motivation and Learning performance.
