Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 101 === With the increasing environmental awareness, many companies launch environmentally friendly products. The development of green products becomes very important in the modern market. Currently, there are many design tools consider environmental issues, but most of the green design tools do not consider consumer needs. Thus, some green products in the market might not obtain consumers’ favors. However, Green Quality Function Deployment (GQFD) method can solve this problem. GQFD is a green design tool that can simultaneously consider environmental factors and consumers’ factors in products design. In this study, GQFD was used to identify customer needs for green products. Competitor analysis was used to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the products from different companies. Reliability test was conducted for the questionnaire to ensure its stability. Quantitative research was used to study if there are significant differences between different design factors and different customer backgrounds.
