| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學組 === 101 === For many traditional manufacturing factories, even with the help of ERP systems, it’s still inevitable to use many sheets in the manufacturing process. First reason is that sheets are far more convenient and familiar than IT systems to the employees in factories. Second reason is IT technologies can’t be used anywhere in the past. With the increase of orders, it’s also becoming harder to maintain and manage the large amount of sheets. These difficulties can’t be solved well enough in the current process. But with the development of tablet devices and the supporting software, using IT technologies to replace the current use of sheets is no longer impossible.
Through helping a factory building an information system to transform their current sheet process to an e-process, this research tries to breakdown the old process to several key elements to investigate the possibilities, difficulties and solutions to the transformation.
