Through the activities designed under task constraints, the interactions between the students and jump ropes were observed. The students practiced jumping rope twice a week within each 45 minutes. They had twenty classes in total, over ten weeks of practices. The objective skills were examined after each stage of practice to collect the number of times the students successfully jumped rope.
