The researcher takes the elementary school teachers in Miaoli County as the subjects and distributes 610 questionnaires including 551 valid returned ones with the valid recovery rate of 90.3%. The research tool is the questionnaires on the leisure attitude, leisure benefits and flow experiences of elementary school teachers in Miaoli County.
