This study would like to grasp the lived experience of fulltime mothers by qualitative research through deep interview and from it to comprehend the confronted dilemma as well as the resolutions of motherhood. In general analysis, modern mothers are different in motherhood practice. For example, they look it upon more positively and fulfill it much easier. But the researcher found, after deep analysis, many contradictions and conflicts still exist in the interpreted motherhood by these mothers. In other words, the research detected simultaneously more clashes and discrepancies with practice change of modern motherhood. These mothers, for instance, are commonly satisfied with their own practice of motherhood and present being status even when they are confined in self-choice, motherhood practice or position.
