Also we want to analyze and predict the different background variables toward the acceptance attitude. The research adopts questionnaire survey. We adopted the questionnaire of Ms. Mei-Ling Lu named “Questionnaire of Elementary School Students Attitudes on Their Peer Resource Class Classmates.” The research subjects are New Taipei City Lu-zhou Elementary School grade 5 and 6 students who have resource class classmates in their class in school year 2011. By using purposive sampling we acquired 567 effective samples. The data is analyzed by using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1. Most fifth and sixth graders accept their peer resource class classmates in a positive way. 2. Schoolgirls accept the resource class classmates more than schoolboys. 3. The acceptance attitude does not vary in different grades. 4. Students with higher scores accept resource class classmates better than those with lower scores. 5. The more the students get in touch with resource class classmates the more they can accept them. 6. Classroom leaders accept resource class classmates more. 7. Students with or without siblings have the same attitude toward resource class classmates. 8. In the background variables, only acquaintance and gender can predict the acceptance attitude.
