Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 公共與文化事務學系區域政策與發展研究碩士班 === 101 === The study discussed the relation between job satisfaction and resignation tendency of volunteer enlisted men in Taitung Area Command Department of the Army Camp to offer a more concrete planning for Army on volunteer enlisted men’s retaining in post to reduce the loss of personnel. The research studied 304 volunteer enlisted men in Taitung Area Command Department of the Army Camp with questionnaire and conducted descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance and to find the following results: 1. Volunteer enlisted men have the highest degree of satisfaction on “salary” among “job satisfaction”, followed by “interpersonal relationship” and the lowest degree on “administrative leadership”. 2. Those with more seniority are more satisfied with “salary” among “job satisfaction” than those with less seniority; the more elderly are more satisfied with “administrative leadership” than the younger; compulsory soldier are more satisfied with paid-leave than those newly transferring to voluntary soldier; the youth are more satisfied with interpersonal relation than those changing to voluntary soldier from compulsory soldier. 3. Among “resignation tendency”, “resignation factor” is more significant than “resignation thought”, followed by “job seeking”. 4. “Paid-leave”, “work environment” among “job satisfaction” and “job seeking”, “resignation thought” and “resignation factor” among resignation tendency do not have a significant correlation while the rest 4 factors among job satisfaction have significant correlation with job seeking, resignation thought and resignation factor. There are some suggestions proposed according to the result of study as a reference for relevant departments.
