Through a vocabulary test for grade seventh, Researcher found out that her students have weak abilities in English words recognition and spelling. After one semester in class observing and teaching trials, researcher takes Total Physical Response teaching method into her English vocabulary teaching. The teaching action carries out for about four months. Researcher designs the form of teacher after-teaching reflection, the outline of interview, the exam papers, and students’ feedback questionnaire as research tools.
