Hsin-Fu Elementary School in Taitung County, Taiwan, was selected as the target in this study. Through the interview method, the relationships among the leadership style in elementary school principals, school cultures, and the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in Hsin-Fu Elementary School in Taitung County were investigated. The research results should serve as a reference for future studies of educational administration, people who are interested in the field. The findings are as follows: (a) the orientation of a school could influence its school culture and the leadership of the principal; (b) the school principal displays multiple leadership styles (e.g., human harmony, involvement, and service models), but the human harmony model is the dominant style. The principal tended to build a school culture that exhibits teacher profession and autonomy; (c) the leadership style in elementary school principals were influenced by sex, personality, and personal traits; (d) Hsin-Fu Elementary School built an innovative school culture; and (e) the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior at Hsin-Fu Elementary School were influenced by the school culture, and their primary citizenship behaviors were engagement and high levels of self-discipline.
