Lin Shu-Han Abstract The study mainly surveyed the various perspectives of elementary school teachers on Elementary School Principals’ Transformational Leadership, Teachers’ Professional Learning Communities and Teaching Effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Taitung. 463 copies of 500 questionnaires were collected. The collective rate reached up to 97.4%. Statistical results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis and multiple regression analysis. The study results are stated as follows. 1. Public elementary school teachers in Taitung are satisfied with Principals’ Transformational Leadership, Teachers’ Professional Learning Communities and Teaching Effectiveness. 2. Different school size affected teachers’ perspectives of Principals’ Transformational Leadership. 3. “Seniority”, “positions” and “school size” affected teachers’ perspectives of Teachers’ Professional Learning Communities. 4. ”Gender”, “school size” affected teachers’ perspectives of Teaching Effectiveness. 5. There is positive relationship between Principals’ Transformational Leadership, Teachers’ Professional Learning Communities and Teaching Effectiveness. 6. Principals’ Transformational Leadership and Teachers’ Professional Learning Communities gives the positive predictive power toward Teaching Effectiveness. Cooperative Learning and sharing is the major reason.
