Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 100 === The purpose of the study is to explore the opinions and suggestions of the junior high school students, parents, and teachers about the related difficulties and countermeasures made during promoting and executing Twelve-Year National Education. The sample questionnaires through the investigation of those opinions were designed and performed on the basis of the documents and records and the questionnaires were also referred to other researchers’ related ones. By using the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, and Scheffé statistical methods, the results of the research analysis showed as follows:
1. Students from different gender background have different opinions obviously on the issues of funds and resources, the admission ways to the senior high and vocational high schools and the well-done supplementary measures. Those students on different grades make great differences in the opinions about free exam, free community-based and non-compulsory, vocational and high schools to neighboring schools, the abolition of the base competence test student qualities will reduce, government education budget provision of adequate and government adequate propaganda of Twelve-Year National Education. There are also apparent differences in the opinions between the students living in different counties about the ways of putting the system into practice, considering senior high and vocational high schools as a whole community, the admission ways to schools, the promotion of the teachers’ qualifications, curriculum adjustment, funds and resources, the fairly demarcation of school districts, the establishment of the responsible institutes of the educational reform and subsidizing to the minority students or those in private schools. In addition, students’ families in different monthly income ranges have significantly different opinions in establishing the responsible institutes of the educational reform.
2. Parents from different gender background have different, obvious opinions about encouraging teachers to pursue the advanced studies on the second professional specialty and the well-done supplementary measures. Those parents of different ages also have different ideas about the funds reserved for special purpose to provide the expenditure of money on Twelve-Year National Education. Parents given different academic degrees have different thoughts on the matters of the promotion of the teachers’ qualifications, funds and resources, the admission ways to junior high and vocational high schools, establishing the research and development institutes of the curriculum reform and the budget reserved for special purpose to provide the expenditure of money on the national education. Families in different monthly income ranges still have significantly differences in the opinions of upgrading students’ qualities and establishing the research and development institutes for the curriculum reform. Parents living in different counties have clearly differences in the opinions of the ways for executing the educational system, considering senior high and vocational high schools as a whole community, the admission ways to schools, curriculum adjustment and the funds reserved for special purpose to provide the expenditure of money on Twelve-Year National Education.
3. Teachers from different gender background have great differences in the opinions of subsidizing to the minority students or those in private schools. Teachers of different ages also have different obvious ideas about announcing and promoting the aims of the educational policy by our government. Teachers through different seniority still have different thoughts obviously about the ways of executing the educational system and announcing and promoting the aims of the educational policy by our government. Also, there are clearly differences between those schools with different numbers of classes in the opinions about considering the senior high and vocational high schools as a whole community, the admission ways to schools, grading up the standard of teachers’ qualifications, curriculum adjustment, funds and resources, propaganda by government departments for the aims of the educational policy, establishing the responsible institutes for reforming education , the research and development institutes for the curriculum reform and the budget reserved for special purpose to provide the expenditure of money on Twelve-Year National Education. Teachers given as different appointments at school have different views on the matters of promoting students’ qualities and fairly dividing school districts. In addition, those teachers living in different counties have different opinions on the issues of the ways for performing the educational system, considering the senior high and vocational high schools as a whole community, upgrading the standard of teachers’ qualifications, funds and resources, propaganda by government departments for the goals of the educational policy, the fairly demarcation of school districts, subsidizing to the minority students or those in private schools, promoting students’ qualities, narrowing the school resource gap between rural and urban , establishing the research and development institutes for the curriculum reform, the funds reserved for special purpose to provide the expenditure of money on Twelve-Year National Education and the well-done supplementary measures.
