碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 101 === In Taiwan’s specific drinking culture, the drinking behavior is its instrumental function, which is usually used in the social activities; therefore the drinking behavior becomes very widespread in the whole community. The main purpose of this research focuses on the motion and purpose of triggering teachers’ drinking behavior and teachers’drinking behavior toward expectation;furthermore, find out the restrict elementsof the drinking behavior in Taitung area.By understanding the attitude of teachers to drinking behavior we can proposeconstructivemethods and lead to positive and correct drinking behavior. In this research, we use the snowball sampling: choose atypical but key cases and use the interview survey to do the profound interviews.By sorting out the conclusnon 1. Drinking behavior in Taitung County teachers exclusion entertainment activities. 2.we can realize that the motion of drinking behavior has no essential relationship to school work. 3. Teachers in secondary culture will affect drinking behavior. 4. Taitung teachers is Forward alcohol expectancy to more than more negative alcohol expectancy because more of years to education. 5.In the duration of drinking indicate joyfulness and relaxation, which are positive to the expectation of effects.Mostly because of self-control and takingfamily’s feelings and personal health into account. It has demonstrated that teachers in Taitung area restrain drinking due to the higher education degree, better self-control and positive expectation of effects, which can lead to drinking exquisiteness.
