The main purposes of this study aim at the understanding of recent situations, investigations to differences based on backgrounds of junior high school teachers(JHT), discussions of relationship, and analysis of the predition effect of JHT’s perceptions on principals’ moral leadership(PML), school organization culture(SOC), and teachers’ job involvement(TJI). The study took up questionnare as a research tool to radomly survey JHT subjects. 437 valid questionnares were statistically analyzed via the mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlaion and regression analysis from the Chinese version of SPSS 12.0. The results show the following conclusions:
1.JHT’s perceptions to PML differ from genders, domiciles, positions and school founding year. 2.JHT’s perception to SOC differ from genders, domiciles, positions.3. JHT’s perception to TJI differs from domiciles. 4.PML correlates fairly with SOC, whereas PML’s “professionalism” scores higher. 5.PML correlates fairly with TJI, whereas PML’s “professionalism” scores higher. 6.SOC correlates fairly with TJI, whereas SOC’s “supportive culture” scores higher. 7.PML’s “professionalism” and “vision” have a good predition effect on SOC. 8.PML’s “professionalism” has a limited predition effect on TJI. 9.SOC’s “supportive culture” and “bureaucratic culture” has a good predition effect on TJI. 10.PML’s “responsibility” and SOC’s “supportive culture” and “bureaucratic culture” have a good predition effect on TJI.
