碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 身心整合與運動休閒產業學系 === 101 === Abstract This study aims to explore the status of secondary schoo taekwondo coaches’ leadership in Kauhsiung and Pingtung, and the analysis of the difference in the players’ behavior with the different coaches’ leadship in these areas. Using the questionnaire method in this study, subjects for the secondary school taekwondo players in Kaohsing and Pingtung. Research tools for "the quality and quantity charts of coach leadership behaviors ". Based on the datum of the reserch, starting to collect and analize the datum according to the study purpose. And then analizing the datum by means of some statistic method such as descriptive statistics, T-test verification, and One-way ANOVA etc. And found the following: 1.Among the taekwondo athletes prefer the leadership of coaches, "training and guidance" scores the most, and then followed by "caring", "reward", and "democracy". As for "authoritarian", it scores the worst. 2.Among the the leadership of coaches in different background, the study shows that there is not significantly different on"gender", "the best athletic grade", "the duration of training". It shows significant different only on “gender”. . Key words: training and guidance, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, care behavior, rewarding behavior
