Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 身心整合與運動休閒產業學系 === 101 === Research on Soft Tennis Coach Leadership of Junior/Senior High School Abstract This qualitative research is mainly used qualitative method with the coaches from top two of National Junior/Senior High School Soft Tennis Individual Race in 2012, and looks into coaches’value, leading behavior, management and training method, team’s cohesion and other related issues during leading the teams:  The results of analysis and discussion are as followings: 1.Value: The coaches train the players skills, characters, routine rules, sport spirit, and team-work spirit. And the coaches also lift up their self-improvement, in order to enhance their own enthusiasm. 2.Leading behavior: The most of Junior/Senior High School coaches believe that a combination of severe management and authority in training, with contingency approach and multi-leadership produces the best and efficient result. 3.Management and training method: The coaches adjust the training plan according to the annual race schedule, school fund, player’s schoolwork etc., and set up more serious and authoritative team rules with a variety of training ways and sensory presence to manage and train the players. 4.Team’s cohesion: The coaches to strengthen the cohesion of the team by helping the players understand and care for each other, work together and build the concept that the players represent the school and not the individual. 5.Related issues during leading the teams: The most of Junior/Senior High School have difficulty on insufficient race fund, limited practice place, unstable source of the players, and the intervention by the players’parents.
