Multiple problems of depreciation, damages and content renewals demand enormous cost of human recourses and capital. Alongside this trend, there are widespread usages of wireless network, mobile equipment and prevalent application of QR code; therefore, replacement of mobile tour for museum is an unavoidable action soon to be taken. In this study, I try to explore acceptance level of museum tourists about the possibility of using QR code, by establishment a mobile guide system in order to understand whether there is a possibility to replace tour machine with mobile tour system. In this study apply the theory of TAM, Technology Acceptance Model, to put forth a research model, and I come up 10 presumptions. I use PLS, Partial Least Squares, to argue tourists acceptance model in their confrontation of QR code. The outcome of the study shows the following results. Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness. Individually perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect attitude toward using intention. Both also individually and positively affect behavioral intention to use. Moreover, attitude toward using has effects upon behavioral intention to use. The investigation of the study shows that there are nearly 70% tourists own smart mobile equipments, about 35% have used QR in museum tour. Nearly 60% have used tour machines, about 56% think that the machines are friendly to use. Nearly 75% think that a tour service is essential, and about 70% think that QR Code can be used in a Museum tour. At the end, about 60% will choose to apply QR code with their smart mobile devices instead of machines provided by Museum. At last, the study put forth some conclusions and suggestions, in accordance with the results in the study, as reference for further studies and for the usage of the Museum management.
