The study was analyzed the differences in accessibility among the public systems and propose needs for improvement. This research included airport, harbor, railway station and bus stop. The researcher investigated a total of 20 bus stops, harbors, railroad stations, and airports. The results were showed an overall of 72.4% of the facilities were accessible. Airports had 100% accessibility while bus stops had only 66.7%, which was the lowest. The overall accessibility grading was 52.3%. While airports had 87.5% grade, harbors had only 37.9%. The following was conclusions from this study: 1. In general, Taitung County had good accessibility in public transportation. 2. The quality of the facilities needed some improvement. 3. There was no difference in accessibility among the public transportation systems, except for the airports. 4.
