From my experiences of substitute teacher, consists of the life story by sharing the experiences with the other same substitute teachers. The purpose is to understand whether the pressure and predicament of substitute teachers that will influence teaching. Via experiences sharing and analyses of interviews, we can obtain the following conclusions: First, the selections of teacher bring the consumption of money, healthy and our mind. Each of substitute teachers has the individually impalpable pressure, for example, feelings of being criticized, family, unstable economic pressures and so on. Second, under the substitute teacher’s identity, substitute teachers don’t have the same power to dealing with the things in the school. So that consists of the feeling which is inferior to others. This will cause the following results, for example, no dignity, limited autonomy, no dare to own-voice and so no. Third, the pressure under the selection of teacher and the teaching predicament of substitute teachers will indirectly influence the education and charge for children.
