Secondary users through ad-hoc networks connection on licensed spectrum bands, but the ad-hoc connection may be interrupt when licensed users (called primary users, PUs) are appear, the ad-hoc connection may be interrupted. Multi-path routing protocol is a way to improve the reliability of connections. The design of multi-path routing protocol for cognitive radio ad-hoc networks must account the probability of spectrum hole unoccupied by PUs, data throughput and SU’s quality of service (QoS). In this paper, we consider the probability of spectrum hole unoccupied by PUs and allocating every channel of links. The probability of spectrum hole unoccupied by PUs are used to calculate all paths expected transmission bandwidth choose the suitable paths. Through simulation, the proposed multi-path routing protocol transmits large amounts of data in the relative maximum expected transmission bandwidth and improves quality of service (QoS) of secondary user.
