| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 法律學系法律專業組 === 101 === Since the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement entered into force, the policy in Taiwan turns toward to restart Taiwan-U.S. Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) and looks forward to signing free trade agreement (FTA) with the US and participating the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). During the negotiation between Taiwan and the United States, it can not be avoided that the United States requests Taiwan to open up some policy or revise currently regulation.
Regarding to the pharmaceutical industry part in the White Paper within 2007 to 2013, the topic focused on the issue of the patent linkage and data protection in intellectual property rights.
This thesis will study the patent linkage and data protection in the United States and other countries, and also discuss and give recommendations to the relevant legislations and regulations of the patent linkage and data protection in Taiwan.
