The three objectives to be achieved for this master thesis entitled, Canadian Residential Tenancy Agreement: Its Social Justice and Its Implication for Taiwan, namely, are inter-related. The author’s first effort is to demonstrate to the readers that Canada was originally founded on the Christian faith. Accordingly, the judicial system of Canada was in accordance with the fundamental biblical concept included but not limited to the concept of justice and mercy.
Secondly, this thesis is to introducing Canadian Residential Tenancy Agreement: and Its Social Justice for Taiwanese by the explanation and comments of each clause stated in the Residential Tenancy Agreement, BC, Canada. .Then, the author designed a concise set of Residential Tenancy Act for Taiwan.
Finally, the author urges the Taiwan authorities to achieve a much better judicial system .for Taiwan. To achieve a much better judicial system, believing in Christ, and training and accepting the first class talents, transform the mind of Taiwanese and upgrade its law will be inevitable.
