In order to enhance the company's retention rate to avoid unnecessary waste of resources. In the recruitment of staff, it is necessary to find the right people, and has a staff of what kind of personality is suitable to engage in insurance sales, it is worth to allow the company to invest a lot of educational resources, various insurance companies need to think about the subject. Therefore, this study will be education and training, explored the relationship between personality traits, as well as job performance.
