In the process, I understand the opinion and feeling of many people. The beginning of the study combined the policy of the second base of operation expansion plan of Taipei Smiling Bicycle. Getting 192 effectively questionnaires from four different kinds stations. The result reveals 33.5% survey respondents agree with this design. And since many people think public bicycle as leisure, they think using electric power losing the meaning of exercise and increasing the weight and fee. But there are 92.4% survey respondents agreeing with the green energy as the source of electric power. The study experienced a few month of practical operation and a lot of measuring and experiments, including the basic dimension, weight, volume measurement, the measurement of the efficiency of producing the electric power, the calculation of charging efficiency, the experience of endurance, getting a model of green energy bicycles. In the later stage, this study using the typical operating of usability engineering to get the survey respondents a series of riding experience. In this test, there are 32 survey respondents. The result reveals that the mode of using electric power has better use and operation ability, and using a shorter riding time. The design of riding information gets the excellent evaluation, and having a good visibility and easily recognizable. Though the survey respondents worry the fee, weight, and the cost of maintaining in the open answer session, many people agree with relax of the electric power mode. Therefore, this study think the electric power mode and the riding information will become the future goal of the public bicycle, however the design details should consider the matching and the coordination between the eco-friendly power and the electric power. The riding information should consider the reading and the balance of the reading information, and the map information will become the main visual consideration.
