碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 藝術與造形設計學系碩士班 === 101 === From ancient myth to present anime, people narrate stories and events by writing and dictating, T. Todorov proposed the Narratology in mid-20th century, and through discussing by so many scholars, it has been built into a magnificent art narrative theory. For the story part of narrative, what happened to whom, where and when did it happen, how it happened, how it ended…novels, movies, paintings, the focus of their story narrative, is the self-image of role-playing, they use analogy, metaphor, simile to present their own story line. 　 I chose eleven paintings that all related with rabbits, from my own creations that I made during 2009 to 2012, to discuss about the other part of narrative: how to tell a story—the narrative art theory and the way of elaborate, follow any possible side of the story, and using C. G. Jung’s two prototypes of personality, shadow, persona and my own design personality, fantasy as the main project, to give each of my creation their own story. After analyzing all the works that so call AZ rabbit, I concluded the multiple self-images of AZ rabbit. Character and self-image are the main subjects that psychology and sociology topic, now it’s even more important to the research of social relationship. I connect all the AZ rabbit’s self-images with some theory of human psychology and sociology, to show the fact that the interaction between the intentions, perceptions, emotions and behavior of people to people, person to group, with conflict, learning and adjusting, they all come from the interact of role-taking. After finish the project, to respond to my own expectation I am willing to share the stories to readers. Meanwhile, I will learn to self-exam and encourage myself in the future life, start with empathy, self-awareness, and build positive self-image, through tolerance, compassion, find the true ideal and stop complaining, and to sure that I will make it.
