Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士班 === 101 === This study aims to explore the current status of satisfaction for early intervention service, regarding to the Hearing-Impaired children’s parents in Yilan County. Also discussed the problems and difficulties they faced in the services. Targeting children (age 0 ~ 6 ) at three institutions and schools and before in the third grade for the hearing impaired located at Yilan County. Survey is conducted by using the Questionnaires on the current status and satisfaction of the Yilan County parents of hearing-impaired children towards early intervention services, produced by the researcher and to interview the eight willingness of parents to collect data. A total of 26 effective questionnaires has returned. Descriptive statistics, interview data were coded and analyzed to do the further investigate, and result in the following conclusions:
A.The Yilan County parents of hearing-impaired children towards early intervention services on overall satisfaction ranged from satisfied to very satisfied. In various stages of early intervention services to low satisfaction arranged sequentially as the "Intervention stage ─ Section on education" Higher than the "Assessment stage" than "Intervention stage ─ Section on Medical" is equal to " Intervention stage ─ Section on Social and Political " equivalent to "Inform stage" than "Referral stage" than "Discovered screening" stage.
B.The analysis of interviews with parents in early intervention on the difficulties and problems of:
1.Parents generally inadequate in the early detection of hearing screening on concepts and ease of joint evaluation mode.
2.Preschool ordinary teachers for special education teaching hearing-impaired concept needs to be improved, parent-teacher communication is also inadequate.
3.Lack of service coordination role, early intervention service message integrity inadequate.
4.Early Intervention Services locations, grants adequacy, accessibility and assistive devices and lack of appropriateness.
According to the research results, recommends for government agencies and educational institutions for the directions of reference.
