Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 101 === The study aims at exploring the status and relationship between senior high school organization learning and school brand image in New Taipei City. A specific proposal is put forward based on the study results to provide the educational administrations, schools, and future researchers for reference related to the subject matter. In this study, questionnaire are employed with respect to the study methods. A random sampling was conducted on 603 senior high school teachers in New Taipei City. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t‐test, One Way ANOVA, and Canonical Correlation. The study hereby presents the following conclusions: 1. Senior high school and vocational high school teachers in New Taipei City believe the application of school organization learning is generally favorable. It is relatively easier to promote and execute “group learning”, and the representation of “innovation and improvement” needs to be reinforced. 2. Under the effort of senior high school and vocational high school teachers in New Taipei City, the application on school brand image is effective. It will have positive impact if schools strengthen the interaction between schools and local communities and improve school equipment. 3. Municipal and private high school (include complete school) teachers in New Taipei City perform extraordinarily on cooperative learning, and private vocational high school teachers have better understanding towards the systematic conception and action from school administrative supervisors, whereas the understanding from municipal high school teachers is relatively insufficient. 4. Private senior high school teachers in New Taipei City actively commit themselves to building up school features and school brand image, whereas municipal senior high school (include complete school) teachers keep slightly negative and passive attitudes. 5. Senior high school and vocational high school teachers in New Taipei City are under the impression that they have better performance on self-professional competence. However, they generally consider that their performance on promoting student learning culture is relatively worse. 6. Senior high school and vocational high school teachers in New Taipei City consider that school organization learning and school brand image are highly related.
