First, it discussed cultural capital, interpersonal relationship between the learning attitudeon current statuses. Second, it also studied the differences between different backgrounds of cultural capital, interpersonal relationship and learning attitude. Last, it analyzed the relationship between cultural capital, interpersonal relationship and learning attitude. This study used the method of secondary data analysis, that’s by using the database, and “The Questionnaires for Junior High School Learning Situation” constructed by Fang-Chung Chang(2010) as research data. It surveyed the eighth grade of junior high school students who were new immigrant and non-immigrant teenagers in Keelung city, and the total number of surveyed students is 4,246. The survey data used descriptive statistics tools, independent t-test on average, and hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The findings of this study are as follows: Common discoveries among new immigrant and non-immigrant teenagers are as follows: 1. Two groups ofteenagers’ cultural capital are excellent, the interpersonal relationship is good, and the learning attitude is fine. 2. The better interpersonal relationship of the two groups, the better learning attitude of them. The differences between new immigrant and non-immigrant teenagers are as follows: 1. The non-immigrant teenagers’ socioeconomic status, cultural capital, interpersonal relationship and learning attitude are all better than the new immigrant teenagers. 2. The cultural capital, interpersonal relationship and learning attitude of the female non-immigrant teenagers and their father who are better educated are better. 3. The more abundant of the cultural capital and interpersonal relationship of the non-immigrant teenagers, the better learning attitude they have. 4. The structural equation modeling of the non-immigrant teenagers’ socioeconomic status, cultural capital, interpersonal relationship and learning attitude are supported, while those of new immigrants are not.
