Which generally can be divided into the machine as a whole 3D drawing design, the microcontroller Arduino, Bluetooth, HMI, stepper motors, lead-acid batteries, servo motors, sensors, data acquisition card, Labview software, Nelder-Mead Simplex Method, and MATLAB simulation program. In this study, the computer sends a Bluetooth signal to the Arduino microcontroller in order to control the stepper motor changes automatically eccentric load balancer substrate.Then start the servo motor to rotate balancing instrument. Receiving sensor signals to the HMI, and use the Nelder-Mead Simplex Method search for the best parameters to achieve the best balance position.
