A noise polluting made by Diesel generator has been affecting the surrounding environment broadly. Thus noise controlling in diesel generator is required to study for itself. The diesel generator silencer designed may provide a feasibility,reliable design in new ideas. on the other hand,a design for diesel generator silencer could provide a theoretical reference count. In this studying, ANSYS FLUENT finite element analysis software are used to analysis and calculate its flow field in diesel generator silencer. Furthermore, it even has set the three groups of different simulation by the flow rate to analysis and compare the variety situations of flow field distribution on the impact of silencer transmission loss. Simulation results of two kinds of diesel engine silencer show that the flow field. Result of the operation of its flow field observation and analysis of the various drawings. In the three different flow simulation, turning the front part of the multi-tube holes generated at reflow disturbances.The silencer design can reduce disturbance of this one reflow phenomenon,you must be able to reduce the noise level effectively. Multi-channel cotton type compared to the previous reduction of about 30~40% or so after the discharge pipe at the inlet pressure. The multi-channel-type silencer pipe is reduced by about 60~63%. Therefore, multi-channel-type and Multi-channel cotton type design to be better more effectively inhibit fluid pressure disturbance. They demonstrated the ability to inhibit the fluid pressure disturbance better. This study provides researchers a simulation method to helps silencer design.
