Therefore this thesis aims for the development of a quasi-resonant flyback converter and achieve primary side regulation in order to reduce component quantity. This topic of research is because of portable all over the market, it caused heavy damage to the product therefore we design a safe and efficiency adapter. This subject is an AC to DC adapter produce 5volt output voltage and 1 ampere output current. And we using USB charging management IC can charge for mobile phone and tablet computer. Finally, with theory and repeatedly experiment, we then actually produced a 5W power supply. The input voltage is 100~240Vac, the output is 5Vdc,the rated output current is 1A.
