The developed algorithm is fundamentally based on bit-stream encryption. Ten items were present per encryption parameters. Several encryption parameters were designed in the user-friendly input interface. The software is easy to operate and encryption robustness can be increased by periodically updating the set of encryption parameters. Multimedia flies, such as EEG(.eeg), text(.txt, .pdf, .doc, .docx), picture(.jpg, .bmp), audio(.mp3, .wma), and video(.mp4, .wmv), were used for encryption test. The test results showed that the encryption robustness of Level V was superior to that of LevelsI and II, and that the encryption speed of Level V was faster than that of LevelIII and IV.
