Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 教育研究所 === 101 === The purposes of this research are to explore the content of self-concept and peer relationships among Tsehuei’ students in Taiwan. In order to achieve the purposes, the method of questionnaire survey was used in the study. 280 copies were returned from 280 receivers and the rate of response was 100%. 278 among 280 copies were analyzed and the rate of valid was 99%
The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Mann–Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H and Pearson product-method correlation coefficient. The conclusions were as following:
1. The self-concept of Tsehuei’ students were weaker than the regular students in Taiwan .
2. The peer relationships of Tsehuei’ students were basically general.
3. Academic is the most important factor of self-concept of Tsehuei’ students in Taiwan. Self-concepts of good academic achievement students are better than general and poor academic students in Taiwan..
4. Academic is the most important factor of peer relationships of Tsehuei students in Taiwan.
5.There was positive correlation between self-conecpt and peer relationships of Tsehuei’ students in Taiwan.
According to the results, the suggestions are provided for Tsehuei’
educators, parents and future further research.
