These problems include suicide, illegal gathering, protest, petition, juvenile delinquency, drug abuse and cyber crime. Thus, their ability to work is going to face an unprecedented challenge. Taiwan Police College is the organization that is responsible for the fundamental education of police in our country, and it is also the only basic level police officers training organization in Taiwan. Therefore, it is a worth exploring issue of how to construct a high-quality education programs for police officers to meet with social In recent years, police officers are facing numerous and increasingly serious social problems. Taiwan Police College is the organization that is responsible for the fundamental education of police in our country, and it is also the only basic level police officers training organization in Taiwan. Therefore, it is a worth exploring issue of how to construct a high-quality education programs for police officers to meet with social expectations, and combat crime effectively. In this study, Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (FQFD) is used to investigate the real need and the effectiveness of the education in Taiwan Police College which used its graduate police as the main object of study. Besides, the FQFD makes a cross comparison analysis of the importance and satisfaction degree against the police. The study results show that the following crucial projects must be reviewed and to improve, they are the capabilities of handling all kinds of cases, skills of the spot judgment and problem-solving, skills of good communication, the capabilities of emotion management, and the capabilities of high alertness and crisis management. Professionals of police fundamental education are convinced that Taiwan Police College should give priority to implementation of the vital projects and convert it into the enhancement of relevant technical requirements. The study results show that the priority of those six projects are "logistical expertise", "rule of law duty literacy", "legal expertise", "communication skills", "emotional self-management" and "mission planning and execution."
