It is the school that building Chinese Taipei School Sport Federation, has gone through a period that grade was not stable. After the management and training these years. As a result, the team received splendid achievements in many national and worldwide competitions, in contrast to the results in their early time. Becoming a Traditional school. This study adopts historical research and the collection of the literature and the way of interview people. The data were integrated and analyzed to generalize the reason why the team improved so much that it make NOCSH become a major volleyball player source of Taiwan. The time of the study is from 1989 to 2012, include the process and the background of the developing. This study was hoped to these achievements. First, showing the development and the contribution of NOCSH men's volleyball team. Second, providing the reference to the school that spread volleyball in Taiwan. Third, providing the reference to scholar that study volleyball. Finally, I generalize the contribution and effect of NOCSH volleyball team for Taiwan. First,sound train, so training many players that represent Taiwan. Second, caring the players, the players feel be respected. Third, the important pillar of NOCSH, the supported group. To addition, I provide some advice for NOCSH volleyball team. First, the achievement become worst, so needing to change training way. Second, the stature is not well, needing to change the way of enrolling new students. Third, the method and the process of building the supported group can be refreneced by other schools. Forth, the protective and medical appliance is not enough, it can buy some. Fifth, building the restaurant for players.
