Life stories of eight successful cases of people with intelligent disabilities were introduced and ten lessons of learning group of role model were conducted. TSCS:2, group learning evaluation checklist, and relevant worksheets have been applied. Through the study, we found: 1. Lessons of learning group of role model do help advance the self concept of the mild intelligent disabilities, especially at the three dimensions of PER, IDN,and SAT. 2. Members of the group show affirmative and satisfaction toward the lessons while at the same time suggest some corrections to three other subject-interest study, self-concept, and drama experience. Finally, according to the study result, researchers would suggest enrich the content of lessons, increase meetings of group lessons, and adjust cycles of lessons.
