The personality trait scale, role stress scale, and job satisfaction scale were applied to 251 junior high school teachers. A total of 207 questionnaires were compiled and the data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Among those five aspects of personality trait, Conscientiousness came out at the top, followed by Extraversion. Overall Role Stress was middle level which Role Conflict was the highest, followed by Role Ambiguity. Overall Job Satisfaction was above middle-to-high level which Interpersonal Relationship was the highest, followed by Achievement. 2. Personality Trait perceived by junior high school music teachers were significantly different depending on background variables of gender, the highest academic degree, teaching seniority, teacher’s identity, and school location. 3. Role Stress perceived by junior high school music teachers were significantly different depending on background variables of age, the highest academic degree, teaching seniority, teacher’s identity, teaching positions, and instructor of musical clubs. 4. Job Satisfaction perceived by junior high school music teachers were significantly different depending on background variables of gender, age, the highest academic degree, teaching seniority, and school size. 5. There were significant correlations among Personality Trait, Role Stress, and Job Satisfaction. 6. The Overall Job Satisfaction was predictable based on Extraversion, Neuroticism, Overall Role Stress, and Role Ambiguity.
